It's fantastic to not have to pull and file charts as we were able to copy and paste
our old Word notes into the Medisoft EMR. Our system is now significantly quicker
than the Internet based system I use at another facility. With the help of the Maritec
physician consultant we were able to learn how to build templates that are tailored
to our practice, allowing us to click compose progress notes, reports and patient

While I have never been a big fan of ‘upgrading’ computer software, I will have to admit that Maritec makes the process as easy as possible. Your troubleshooting team is very quick to respond and sticks with the problem until it is fixed.
I also want to say I was skeptical about Medisoft Clinical, but as the learning curve
works its way through the office, the resources available to us help increase productivity.

I have known Bob Ontolchik for 12 years so when he introduced me to the latest Electronic Health Record (EHR) by McKesson I knew it would be a wise thing to do. Most EHR do the same thing but the difference is the after sale support. I can honestly tell you there simply is no better support available. That is the great difference between Maritec and the others. It is also something you want to learn early because without it the transition from regular paper records to EHR can be a harrowing experience and financially challenging. Thank you Maritec and McKesson for a EHR product that I as a primary care physician can work with easily and Bob Ontolchik who as noted, simply offers the best after market support available in the industry.
