Maritec Medical Systems (MMS) is a privately owned company established in June of 1988. MMS provides computer based solutions to medical practices. MMS is the largest supplier of McKesson’s Medisoft, PracticePartner EHR and MedisoftClinical EHR in Ohio. MMS provides cost effective solutions to office automation problems utilizing the highest quality products and service in the industry. MMS has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by McKesson for honesty, integrity and knowledge of products.

The founders of MMS have over 40 years experience in training, repair, design and installation of computer based electronic systems. Previously an engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration, Robert Ontolchik was an installation and integration project manager for the major Air Traffic Control computer systems at the Cleveland Air Traffic Control Center and participated in design and testing teams nationally brining new systems to the FAA. This background and experience gives MMS unprecedented knowledge of computer system installations, functions and integrations. MMS provides automation products and installs computer systems ranging from single systems to mult-user networks with remote office connectivity.

Primary Function

MMS is a full service company working solely with medical offices. MMS provides a full range of services from software and equipment sales to full turn key operations. Turn key operations include the purchase and installation of computer systems, training and support designed to automate patient accounting and Electronic Health Record (EHR) functions. MMS also provides consultation in the areas of automation, productivity and electronic services. Support functions include installation, training, electronic services, data base repair, problem resolution, EHR, local area networks, software applications.
